Title: Service Technician (Apprentice)

The Ideal Candidate:
You are a recent graduate of a community college automotive technician or heavy equipment repair program with strong interest and aptitude for mechanical repairs. You take pride in your work and are naturally interested in learning and developing your skills through our Company. You believe in the mantra that a job worth doing is worth doing well.
Job Description:
You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing new & used forklifts. As well you will prepare used forklifts for our refurbishment process. You will perform PDI’s on forklifts & commercial trailers, as well performing mechanical work on our rental fleet. As your skill and knowledge develops, you will begin to perform scheduled service maintenance calls at customer locations.
Responsibilities:
Working from our Dartmouth office, the candidate must possess initiative and be able to accept responsibility. As well the candidate will possess:
- Valid driver’s license
- Automotive technician diploma or certificate or related experience.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience
